Nature of work:
- Coordinate metal purchasing processes, ensure smooth work and efficient operations;
- Communicate with customers regarding raw material quality assessment, consult and ensure smooth communication between customers and employees;
- Organize raw material dismantling and sorting work, plan and coordinate the team;
- Control the quality of raw material sorting according to company standards;
- Check documents and weights, ensure that they comply with established rules;
- Contribute to the control of warehouse activities, maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in the metal sector is essential;
- Ability to communicate in English or French (preferred);
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to coordinate a team and supervise processes;
- Responsibility, attentiveness and ability to work independently;
- The work is not physical, but requires strong organizational skills.
The company offers
- Salary from 3000 to 4000 EUR in hand, depending on competencies and achieved results;
- Housing and travel to/from the workplace are paid;
- The company pays for flight tickets to Lithuania for vacations twice a year;
