About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Business Central Developer to join our growing in-house NAV/BC team and contribute to the development and modernization of ERP solutions used in our pharmacy chains.
You will work with business and technical teams to improve existing Dynamics environments, upgrade legacy solutions, and build integrations with internal and external systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex ERP projects and contribute to improving system reliability, scalability, and maintainability. The BC/NAV team is moving toward a product engineering model—engineers owning the features they build, understanding the business context, and testing their own code. You’ll have a unique opportunity to become part of this transition and grow your level of ownership.
Your future team consists of NAV/ BC developers, QA, product owner and product specialists. Teams are arranged per products and domain areas.

What you will do:
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions using C/AL and AL.
- Contribute to international ERP projects, implementing system improvements and new functionality.
- Participate in version upgrades and modernization initiatives for existing NAV / Business Central environments.
- Design and implement integrations between ERP and other systems using XML, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile development environment.
- Improve system stability, maintainability, and performance through refactoring and best practices.
Core requirements:
- 3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (C/AL, AL).
- Experience working with Web Services and system integrations.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Lithuanian.
Nice to have:
- Experience with LS Retail.
- Basic knowledge of .NET.
- Experience with ERP system upgrades or migrations.
