Your main responsibilities:
- Implement orders related to small-scale architecture, urban aesthetics and information element projects, from clarifying the need to preparing solutions and coordinating their implementation.
- Prepare proposals, provide budgets, deadlines and necessary resources and ensure their compliance.
- Create and layout visual solutions for urban environment elements - stands, information systems, commemorative plaques and other small-scale architecture objects - ensuring their aesthetic quality, clarity, functionality and compliance with established requirements and recommendations.
- Execute orders according to approved tasks, deadlines and requirements, identify uncertainties or risks in a timely manner and propose practical solutions.
- Coordinate solutions with municipal departments, contractors and other interested parties, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation of tasks.
- Ensure the preparation, coordination and proper administration of project documentation, technical tasks and implementation reports.
- Provide proposals for improving the quality of the urban environment, combining aesthetics, functionality, durability and the needs of residents.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education in architecture, urban planning, landscape architecture, environmental design, civil engineering or a similar field.
- Has experience in developing or implementing small architecture, information systems, public space aesthetics or environmental design solutions.
- Is able to independently carry out tasks according to clearly defined requirements, plan the course, meet deadlines and prepare the result in a high-quality manner.
- Has aesthetic sensitivity, understands the quality of the city's visual environment and is able to create clear, neat and functional design solutions.
- Is knowledgeable about design and work implementation processes, is able to evaluate design solutions, technical documentation and the quality of work.
- Is able to work with layout, graphic design and technical drawing programs, such as Adobe, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Is interested in urban development, the quality of public spaces and sustainable, functional urban solutions.
- Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
