City cleaning department foreman

Full working day. During the winter period (11.01-04.31), work is organized in shifts, including night hours and days off.
The seasons change not only the weather, but also the work schedule for us!
In winter, we make sure that the city does not slip, and in spring, summer and autumn – that the streets are clean. We are looking for a foreman who is able to coordinate the work of the team and likes to see the result. There is no shortage of activity here, and there is little room for monotony.
Nature of work

• Planning city cleaning work, leading a team of drivers and equipment operators, distributing tasks according to territories, schedules and routes;
• In spring, summer and autumn – organizing mechanized cleaning and sweeping of streets and other assigned territories using municipal vehicles and tractors;
• In winter – organizing snow removal and spreading salt and other anti-slip materials on streets, sidewalks, squares and park paths;
• In summer, as needed – assisting in organizing grass cutting in urban areas;
• Monitoring weather forecasts, assessing the condition of maintained surfaces and promptly adjusting work;
• Quality control of completed work and organizing the elimination of identified deficiencies;
• Controlling the rational use of equipment and safe performance of work;
• Preparing draft work schedules and accounting for the working hours of subordinate employees;
• Accounting for completed work and entering data into the DEGA program.
