About us

Truck Drivers, MB helps Lithuanian transport companies manage the migration and employment-related processes of foreign drivers.

Our client is not only interested in a properly prepared document. It is important for him that the driver can legally start or continue work, the process does not get stuck due to an unnoticed error, and the vehicle does not stand without a driver.

We work according to clear procedures, use document templates, checklists, internal systems and automated work tools. We strive to work quickly, but speed in our activities can never be achieved at the expense of legality or document accuracy.

We are currently inviting someone to join the team in Marijampolė who would start with the administration of documents and migration processes, and after acquiring the necessary knowledge could grow into an independent migration process specialist.

Experience in the field of migration is not necessary - we will teach the most important procedures and work systems.

Nature of work

  • Verification of documents and information provided by drivers and transport companies.
  • Comparison of names, surnames, document numbers, expiration dates, citizenship, employer information and other relevant data.
  • Identification of missing documents or data and coordination of their collection.
  • Input of verified information into the systems and state portals used by the company.
  • Preparation of draft documents according to the templates used in the company.
  • Tracking the statuses, deadlines and expected actions of assigned migration processes.
  • Oral and written communication with Russian-speaking and English-speaking drivers, representatives of Lithuanian transport companies and other participants in the process.
  • Communication and provision of information in Lithuanian, Russian and English.
  • Clear explanation to drivers and customers of what document, data or action is missing.
  • Recording of actions performed, information received and the current status of the process in internal systems.
  • Identification of discrepancies in documents and different information sources.
  • Transferring unclear or non-standard situations to the responsible specialist.
  • Checking the work performed before completing the task or moving on to the next stage of the process.

This is not just mechanical copying of information.

The employee must understand the purpose of the action being performed, notice missing or contradictory information, and know when the process can be continued and when it is necessary to stop, check, or seek help.

Employee requirements

  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and independently in Russian, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and independently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to understand documents, system fields, official notifications and standard work-related information in English.
  • Carefulness when working with names, surnames, dates, document numbers and other information requiring accuracy.
  • Ability to plan work and simultaneously control several tasks of different importance.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly understand new systems.
  • Ability to work according to established procedures and properly record actions taken.
  • Responsible attitude to confidential personal and company data.
  • Ability to revise information when it is insufficient, rather than making decisions based on guesswork.
  • Ability to immediately inform about it when an error or discrepancy is noticed and contribute to solving the problem.
  • Patience and the ability to maintain attention while performing repetitive, but responsible administrative tasks.

We will consider as an advantage
  • Experience in documentation, personnel, logistics, accounting, insurance, customs or other administrative processes.
  • Experience in communicating with foreign citizens or clients from different countries.
  • Experience in working with state information systems.
  • Experience in preparing or checking documents of legal significance.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of migration or foreign employment processes.

Higher education or previous experience in the field of migration will not in itself be more important than the candidate's attentiveness, responsibility, language skills and willingness to learn.

We offer

  • Basic salary from 2,000 to 2,600 EUR gross per month.
  • Specific starting salary based on the candidate's experience, the result of the practical assignment and the readiness to independently manage processes.
  • For a candidate who does not have experience in the field of migration, but has appropriate administrative skills and has successfully completed the practical assignment, - a starting salary of 2,000 EUR gross.
  • For a candidate with relevant experience in documentation, personnel, logistics or migration processes, - the opportunity to start from 2,200-2,600 EUR gross.
  • After successfully completing the probationary period and achieving the agreed competence criteria - a salary review.
  • After the probationary period - a possible variable remuneration component of up to 300 EUR gross per month.
  • Consistent induction and practical training in migration procedures.
  • Clear instructions, checklists, document templates and work systems.
  • Gradually increasing responsibility based on acquired knowledge and employee independence.

The variable remuneration component is assessed according to the accuracy of work, control of processes and deadlines, independence, quality of communication, growth of competence and reasonable speed of work.

It is not associated solely with the number of processed files or completed tasks.

3. A 20-30 minute practical task with fictitious document data.

4. Main interview at the office in Marijampolė.

The practical task does not require prior knowledge of migration law.

Its purpose is to assess how the candidate checks information, notices discrepancies, sets work priorities and acts when information is insufficient.

The personal data provided by the candidates will be used for this employee selection. If we want to save the candidate's data for future selections, we will additionally request separate consent.

Salary

2000-2600 €/mon. gross
The specific starting salary depends on the candidate's experience, practical assignment results, and readiness to independently manage processes. After the probationary period, a variable salary of up to EUR 300 gross may be paid.
