Nature of work
- Perform microbiological tests according to established plans and schedules;
- Perform control of personnel hygiene, working environment equipment, drinking water microbiology;
- Record data;
- Inform about non-compliances, ensure compliance with standards.
- Participate in interlaboratory tests;
- Carry out other instructions from the manager.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (chemistry, biology, food technology or veterinary science).
- Experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of microbiological tests, media, reagents and equipment.
- Responsibility, diligence, openness to innovation.
