MB “Iron Solutions” is a metal construction manufacturing company in Avižieniai, just outside Vilnius. We design, manufacture and install railings, stairs, fences, canopies, outdoor furniture and individual metal structures. We work with the largest Lithuanian construction contractors and real estate developers: “KAITA group”, “Hanner”, “EIKA”, “NARESTA”, “GILESTA”.
We have a painting line in our own workshop, so the product from cutting to the final color does not leave our house. We are looking for a painter who would be responsible for the last stage, the one that the client sees first.
What you will do:

What you will do:
- prepare products for painting: degrease, sand, cover unpainted areas;
- paint metal structures with powder paint according to RAL color codes;
- control the heating oven: set the temperature and time according to the thickness of the product;
- check the quality of the coating: uniformity, coverage, run-off, etc.;
- change colors and clean equipment between batches;
- maintain the paint booth, oven and filters;
- record the amount of paint used and track its residues.
Employee requirements
- Powder coating experience. If you have painted with liquid paints and want to retrain, we will train you.
- Knowledge of surface preparation: without good preparation, the coating will not hold, no matter how good the paint is.
- Understanding of the RAL color catalog.
- Diligence: painting is the last stage, after which you will no longer be able to hide a defect.
- Responsibility, honesty, no bad habits.
- A category B driver's license would be an advantage.
Advantages:
- experience in painting large structures (railings, fences, stairs);
- use of coating thickness measuring devices;
- experience in painting galvanized steel;
- basics of locksmithing or welding.
