Kaunas - UAB „Northcliffe lighting“

Responsibilities

  • Management, control and optimization of technological processes of an automatic powder coating line.
  • Supervision and control of surface preparation (chemical treatment) processes and parameters.
  • Planning and execution of periodic maintenance work of the painting line and equipment
  • Performance of quality tests of painted parts according to the established methodology
  • Identification and elimination of painting equipment faults
  • Production quality control, analysis of the causes of defects and implementation of preventive measures.

Requirements

  • You have a university or higher education in chemistry, materials engineering or mechanics (advantage)
  • You have work experience with powder coating technologies (experience with automatic lines is a big advantage).
  • You are able to read technical drawings and technological documentation.
  • You speak Lithuanian
  • You have MS Office (Excel) skills
