Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Model Risk Manager Analyst to the Artea bankasteam, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will develop methodologies and advanced tools used in the model review process;
- You will validate the models used in the bank both quantitatively and qualitatively;
- You will assess the quality of the data used in the models;
- Provide reports related to model risk management and model validation;
- Contribute to the improvement of the model risk management system;
- Monitor the requirements of supervisory authorities for model risk and apply them in the bank's activities;
- Contribute to the development of the organization's risk culture.
To be #closer, you will need:
- University education in finance, statistics, mathematics, data science, econometrics, physics, engineering or similar field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of model development or validation;
- Good knowledge of statistics and programming and experience working with analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL;
- Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to turn theory into practical solutions;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
- A clear and consistent risk and compliance culture – the ability to integrate risk and compliance principles into decisions, ensuring transparent, reliable and sustainable operations.
We will consider as an advantage:
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel Accords, ECB and EBA guidelines;
- Experience in liquidity risk management;
- Experience in interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB) risk management;
- Experience in money laundering prevention.
