- We offer a salary that will depend on your work experience and competencies: 3600 - 4000 EUR gross and a quarterly bonus (10 percent of the gross monthly salary, paid quarterly).
What will be your responsibilities?
- Control of banking operations and loan accounting (payment preparation, verification and approval processes; systematic verification of bank statements and control of loan accounting records).
- Debt management and credit control (monitoring of receivables aging, risk assessment and initiation of actions to improve the quality of the debt portfolio; administration of customer credit limits; cooperation with external partners regarding credit insurance and debt collection).
- Fuel, fuel cards and tax (VAT and excise) recovery (control of VAT and excise tax recovery for fuel from foreign countries; cooperation with external partners; administration of fuel cards, road devices and preparation of fuel price calculators;
- Purchase accounting (ensuring correct accounting of fuel, road taxes, communication services).
- Team management: forecasting of activity tasks and priorities; setting KPIs, monitoring results; employee development; fostering an appropriate team culture).
- Process efficiency and internal control (analysis of existing processes; implementation of automation and optimization projects; preparation of internal procedures; participation in audits by providing necessary information and in projects for the implementation and improvement of new IT products).
What do you need for successful work?
- Higher education in finance, accounting, auditing or economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, debt management or payments.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
- Understanding of credit risk management principles.
- Experience working with ERP and accounting systems, excellent MS Office skills.
- English language skills - at least B2 level (written and spoken).
- Analytical thinking, responsibility and ability to work with large amounts of data, as well as results orientation, ability to manage several processes simultaneously.
The company offers
In addition to the fixed salary, there is a quarterly bonus (10 percent of the gross monthly salary, the bonus is paid quarterly).
