UAB Transkelta invites a Tax Accounting Specialist to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Preparation, administration and submission of VAT and excise tax refund applications to tax authorities of the EU and other foreign countries;
- Verification, processing and entry of primary accounting documents (fuel invoices, waybills and other related documents) into internal and external systems;
- Ensuring the accuracy of documents and data, identifying missing information;
- Controlling compliance with application deadlines, monitoring the progress of their consideration and updating information;
- Communication by e-mail with clients, partners and foreign tax authorities;
- Administration of incoming requests and their prompt resolution;
- Preparation of reports, data analysis and cooperation with colleagues;
- Performance of tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian, German, French or another EU language is a great advantage;
- Excellent computer skills (MS office);
- Ability to work with a large amount of documents and data;
- Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- Ability to plan one's work, meet deadlines and make decisions independently;
- Experience in the field of VAT and (or) excise tax refunds, accounting, finance or transport is a great advantage, but not necessary.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00, weekends off.
