- UAB „DOUGLAS LT“
RESPONSIBLE TASKS AWAIT YOU:
- Reviewing and registering incoming invoices for goods according to the company's internal procedures;
- Checking credit notes and entering them into the system;
- Working with the SAP accounting system: ensuring data accuracy and performing accounting operations;
- Communicating with suppliers via e-mail regarding invoice discrepancies, missing documents, etc.;
- Reconciling receipts and invoices;
- Collaborating with other members of the finance team and the purchasing department.
YOU WILL ENRICH OUR TEAM IF:
- Experience working in the accounting field, especially in the accounts payable process – an advantage;
- Experience working in SAP or other ERP system – a big advantage;
- You are attentive to details, meticulous and precise;
- You are able to quickly navigate systems and work with large amounts of information;
- You speak English (basic);
- You are responsible, proactive, able to work both independently and in a team.
