UAB “Pažinimo medis” is looking for a motivated, empathetic and responsible student assistant who is ready to help students successfully integrate into classroom life and the educational process.
Nature of work:
- Providing assistance to the student during lessons.
- Promoting independence by helping to navigate the environment, prepare for lessons and tidy up the workplace.
- Collaboration with classroom teachers, special educators and other educational support specialists.
- Ensuring safety during breaks, in the cafeteria or other school spaces.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Education: at least secondary school (education in pedagogy, psychology or social work would be a great advantage).
- Qualities: patience, empathy, ability to connect with children, emotional stability.
- Skills: fluent Lithuanian, ability to work in a team and constructively resolve emerging situations.
- Experience: experience in similar work with children (an advantage, but not a necessity).

- Salary: 730 eur. (gross)
- Workload: 15 hrs./week.
