After training, you were able to
- Disassemble and assemble watches;
- Clean watch mechanisms and their parts;
- Replace and repair broken parts;
- Check the operation of watches using special equipment;
- Perform basic watch maintenance and service.
Employee requirements
- Basic understanding of technical subjects, technical thinking;
- Logical thinking and interest in the functioning of mechanisms;
- Diligence and attention to detail (required);
- Good fine motor skills, patience and consistency;
- Willingness to learn from scratch and improve;
- Responsibility and ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of Russian is a must;
- Experience with mechanical watches is an advantage, but not necessary;
- Higher education is an advantage;
Training
- Training from scratch with experienced masters;
- Practical training and work from day one;
- Trial period — 3 months.
