Nature of work
We are looking for a librarian who would take care of the school library, encourage students' love of reading, and help them use information resources.
Main responsibilities:
- Library maintenance and book fund administration
- Ordering and cataloging new publications
- Helping students and teachers find information
- Promoting reading (events, book clubs, etc.)
- Working with digital resources and databases
- Collaborating with teachers to integrate information literacy
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English (required)
- Organization and communication skills
- Ability to work with information systems
- Willingness to work with children and youth
