You will be responsible for:
- organization and coordination of external and internal training and qualification exams for employees;
- conducting training, administering the training process and completing related documentation;
- ensuring a smooth introduction/adaptation process for new employees;
- organization and documentation of periodic qualification audits;
- preparation of training plans, programs and reports;
- work with the e-learning platform (training assignment, test updates, uploading training materials, etc.);
- involvement and providing insights in order to improve the training system.
We hope that by joining us:
- have a higher education or equivalent in the fields of administration, business management, personnel management;
- have at least 1-2 years of work experience working in the roles of training administrator or coordinator; Experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage;
- are able to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing;
- are constructive, responsible, proactive;
- are able to work both independently and in a team;
- know the rules of office management;
- have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- know how to work with e. learning system (Moodle), D365, DVS, Sharepoint.
