We are currently recruiting for a Training Center Activity Coordinator who will ensure smooth customer service, training administration and coordination of daily operational processes.

Nature of work:
- Customer consultation by phone, e-mail and live
- Coordination of the administration process of training and driving courses
- Administration of customer registration, documentation and contracts
- Invoicing and data administration in information systems
- Ensuring smooth internal communication and communication between customers and instructors
- Assistance to the manager and team in organizing the daily activities of the center
- Office administration and organizational work
We hope you:
- You have experience in administration, customer service or activity coordination work
- You are able to independently plan and organize your work
- You are responsible, focused on results and quality customer service
- You work well with MS Office programs
- You have experience working with the Rivilė program (advantage)
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently
- You are able to communicate in English and Russian
- You know how to work in a dynamic environment and manage several tasks simultaneously
