UAB "Legal Experts" invites a Training instruction specialist to join the team!
Nature of work:
- Preparation of training materials and methodologies for truck drivers;
- Consulting and coaching drivers on driving issues;
- Testing, monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the driving skills of heavy transport drivers;
- Organizing and conducting functional training for drivers according to company training programs;
- Preparing driver performance reports.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tachograph;
- Work experience as a driving instructor is an advantage;
- Fluent communication and writing in English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Valid driver's license (category C, CE);
- Computer literacy;
- Sociability, attentiveness, responsibility.
