We are looking for an experienced Training and Competency Development Specialist to join our team and be responsible for the creation and development of the organization's training and competency development system.
This is a position for someone who wants to not only administer training, but also create a system, shape a learning culture, create training materials, and help employees develop their competencies in a targeted manner.
Your main responsibilities:
- system and matrix development: create and improve the organization's training and competency management system (training matrices, competency requirements and employee learning paths);
- needs analysis: identify training needs and competency gaps in cooperation with department managers;
- program and content development: create and improve training programs, practical tasks and visual content (presentations, videos, guides);
- practical training and OJT: coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) processes, competency assessment and develop a network of internal trainers;
- training organization: plan and coordinate employee introductory, periodic and refresher training;
- budget and effectiveness assessment: plan the training budget, measure training effectiveness and monitor established KPIs.
What do we expect from you:
- at least a higher education (college or university) or at least 4 years of practical work experience in the field of training organization;
- experience in developing and managing training programs, training content or competency development systems;
- ability to analyze training needs and competency gaps and develop solutions based on them;
- ability to transform complex information into clear and practically applicable learning content;
- experience in working with managers and employees from different fields;
- good organizational and project management skills;
- excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills;
- very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
We will consider advantages:
- Experience in aviation or other highly regulated technical environments;
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-66, Part-CAMO or Part-21 requirements;
- Experience in aircraft or aviation component maintenance;
- Knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality systems;
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and training design.
