Our mission is to make ordinary things extraordinary, transforming everyday products into stylish accessories. To accommodate the growing demand, we are building a 10 million euro factory in Kaunas, which will produce 40,000 units of production daily.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth induction of new production employees, the quality of training and process improvement. Your main goal is to ensure that each newcomer integrates into the team as quickly and effectively as possible and achieves the required level of productivity. We are looking for someone who is not only able to plan and organize work, but also has strong communication and leadership skills.

Full-time work, weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

• Effectively integrate and introduce new production employees to work;
• Identify non-value-added factors in the training process and eliminate them;
• Assess the performance of each new employee during training;
• Initiate and implement improvements to training activity processes;
• Maintain an ethical communication flow within the department;
• Continuously monitor and improve the working environment;
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in production;
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies;
• Ethical communication, cooperation and leadership skills;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Knowledge of internal work procedures, occupational safety, fire safety rules;
• Responsible attitude to work and work quality;
• Ability to independently plan and delegate work;
• Organization.

SALARY: 2066 Eur/month before taxes
