TRAINING COORDINATOR

What will your working day look like?

👉 You will conduct introductory training for new employees;

👉 You will create, update and organize employee training programs;

👉 You will conduct employee qualification assessment, including organizing the assessment of technical and theoretical knowledge;

👉 You will take care of the virtual training system, its development and improvement;

👉 You will conduct assigned employee selections.

✅ You are able to quickly absorb new information, understand technologies, their principles of operation, are not afraid of challenges;

In this position, you will need:

✅ Work experience in the manufacturing industry;

✅ Knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage).
