TRAINING MENTOR IN PRODUCTION

👉 You will update competency matrices;

👉 You will create, update and organize employee training programs;

👉 You will organize and conduct internal training for production employees;

👉 You will ensure that new employees acquire the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in a timely and high-quality manner;

👉 You will organize training in cooperation with technologists, engineers and equipment suppliers.

✅ You have work experience in the manufacturing industry;

✅ You are a sociable, freely communicating personality;

✅ You are able to plan, organize, you are great at finding solutions in unforeseen situations;

✅ You are able to quickly absorb new information, understand technologies, their operating principles, are not afraid of challenges;

✅ You are characterized by analytical thinking, have a responsible approach to work, you have a desire to learn and improve.

This position will be useful to you:

✅ Knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage).
