TRAINING PARTNER

you have a higher education, preferably in human resources, business management or a similar field;
have 3+ years of practical experience in developing and implementing an employee development and qualification improvement strategy;
have practical experience in developing and implementing management training programs and other advanced training initiatives;
have practical experience in developing and (or) implementing a system for evaluating the impact of training programs and monitoring key KPIs;
training leadership and facilitation skills - an advantage
you have excellent command of Lithuanian, and English - at least at the B2 level;
are characterized by strategic thinking, initiative, creativity, result orientation, strong communication, consulting and coaching skills, and responsibility;

you will form and implement a management, talent and succession development system that strengthens leadership, organizational culture and competencies;
you will develop and implement management development programs, academies, mentoring and coaching initiatives;
you will consult managers on leadership, talent development, succession and team development issues;
you will assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs, monitor key KPIs and implement advanced training solutions;
you will plan the budget and carry out public procurement for the implementation of training programs.
