Training trainer (fixed-term contract)

We are currently inviting a Sales Trainer to join our team, who will contribute to the creation and improvement of high sales standards.

What will your workday look like?

• You will improve the product knowledge and sales skills of Lithuanian insurance employees and partner employees
• You will conduct personal development sessions, provide feedback and create personal development plans for sales employees and their managers
• You will actively participate in the development, support and implementation of the training strategy
• You will organize employee training, prepare training materials, conduct training throughout Lithuania, assess knowledge and skills

• Higher university education (in business management, psychology, social sciences or another related field)
• The ability to develop employees, provide constructive feedback and help achieve better results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and public speaking skills (training experience is an advantage)
• Interest in sales, employee development and training best practices and a desire to constantly improve
• Experience in the insurance sector - would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of English
• Category B driving license - we said that the work is dynamic, right?

Salary: from 2500-3300 Eur (before taxes) depending on the employee’s competencies and experience. A quarterly bonus is also applied, which can reach up to 15% and depends on the results achieved.
