You will take care of:
- identifying training needs and developing training programs;
- preparing, systematizing and uploading training materials to a virtual learning environment (e.g. Moodle);
- organizing training for new and experienced employees, conducting training and integrating new employees into the team;
- updating information in the internal knowledge system;
- monitoring and improving the quality of employee work;
- applying artificial intelligence tools to employee training and improving customer experience.

- you have a higher education;
- teaching others gives you meaning and satisfaction;
- you have successful work experience in the areas of management, customer service and training;
- you have excellent communication and negotiation skills, are able to express your thoughts smoothly and in a reasoned manner and influence even formally subordinate employees;
- you are able to plan time and properly set priorities;
- you quickly understand innovations and are able to work in a rapidly changing environment;
- you are a creative person and passionately strive for the best results;
- you have experience in creating and describing processes (an advantage);
- you drive and, if necessary, can use your own car for work purposes.
