What will you do?

• You will learn to observe the child and better understand the Montessori approach to their development and individual needs;
• You will help create and maintain a calm, safe, consistent environment that encourages children's independence;
• You will contribute to maintaining an orderly, aesthetic and child-friendly environment.

What are we looking for?

wants to learn → is not afraid to ask → accepts feedback → observes → takes responsibility → grows.

It is not important to us how many years you have worked in a Montessori environment, but what your attitude towards the child and desire to learn is.

We are looking for someone who is:

• responsible and observant;
• calm, patient and empathetic;
• tidy and attentive to details;
• able to work in a team;
• proactive and ready to accept feedback;
• willing to learn the Montessori method.

English and Lithuanian are essential. :)

• Salary is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience, education, qualifications,

competences and preparation.

• With Montessori work experience and relevant Montessori education and training, salary - from €1,800 in cash, depending on experience, qualifications and competences.
