As the number of stair installation projects in Lithuania and abroad grows, we are inviting an installation manager to join the LHM Step team.
We are looking for someone who would plan installation work, coordinate our installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure that the work on the facilities is completed with quality and on time.

What are you going to do?
You will plan installation schedules and allocate teams and subcontractors to objects;
ensure that drawings are prepared, products and tools are assembled and their delivery is coordinated before starting work;
organize and control installation work in Lithuania and abroad;
supervise the quality of work, deadlines and compliance with safety requirements;
promptly resolve problems arising during installation;
control working hours and installation costs, compare actual results with the plan;
evaluate the work results of installers and subcontractors, organize their introduction and training;
coordinate the transfer of completed work and the elimination of deficiencies;
provide information about the progress of work, results and possible risks;
cooperate with project managers, production and logistics teams.
You will also be able to contribute to the improvement of installation instructions and quality standards and provide suggestions on how to reduce installation errors, rework and costs.

What do we expect?
At least 3 years of experience in the installation of stairs, structures, interior products or similar fields;
at least 1 year of experience in leading a team of installers or coordinating installation work;
ability to read technical drawings and understand the sequence of installation;
experience in planning team work, controlling working time, deadlines and costs;
good knowledge of English;
ability to make independent decisions, communicate clearly and constructively solve complex situations;
responsibility, organization and demanding quality of work;
category B driver's license;
ability to travel on business trips in Lithuania and abroad.
Technical education in the field of construction, engineering, wood or metal processing would be an advantage, but we will also consider candidates with appropriate practical experience.
We will consider direct experience in the installation of stairs, installation of wooden, metal or glass structures, as well as experience in coordinating several objects and subcontractors, as a great advantage.
