Daily challenges:
- coordination and supervision of installation works of subcontractors of mechanical engineering systems (HVAC, VN) at the site, ensuring the progress of work according to the schedule
- control of the quality of installation works, technological solutions and compliance with design requirements
- prompt resolution of technical issues and problem situations at the site
- close cooperation with project management, designers and other project teams
- ensuring employee safety, environmental protection and fire safety requirements
Requirements:
- successful experience in implementing medium or large-scale, technologically complex projects
- knowledge of installation and operation of mechanical engineering systems (HVAC, VN)
- engineering education (building energy, mechanical engineering, etc.)
- planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and in a team, responsibility and initiative
- readiness to work on a project in Estonia
- knowledge of English when working in an international team - an advantage

- from 4000,00 €/month. after taxes. The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and skills. In case of higher financial expectations, negotiations are possible depending on the candidate's competencies and experience.
