Installation Manager in Kaunas
We are looking for an Installation Manager to join our experienced international team and help carry out Schindler elevator and escalator installation and modernization works in the Kaunas region.
Duties and responsibilities
Your main task is to oversee the implementation of equipment installation and modernization projects, ensuring that the work is completed on time, in compliance with safety requirements and to a high level of quality. You will manage resources, lead field teams, monitor project progress, resolve issues on site and maintain strong customer relationships, while contributing to the achievement of the company's financial and sales goals.
Requirements for candidates
Engineering education.
Very good organizational skills.
Experience in organizing work on a construction site is desirable.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good English language skills.
Good Microsoft Office software skills.
High personal ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
