Primary responsibilities
- Install non-standard cabinet furniture in customer facilities according to drawings and technical documentation
- Ensure installation quality
- Organize team work, distribute tasks
- Make effective decisions at the facility; assess the situation
- Supervise work progress, quality and deadline control
- Work in Vilnius, but facilities in other cities in Lithuania are possible
What do we expect?
- Experience in furniture assembly, as well as team management and/or leadership skills (required)
- Clear communication with the team
- Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative
- Fluent Lithuanian
- Category B driver's license
- Responsibility and ability to solve problems
