Your responsibilities:
Planning and organization of installation work in commercial and industrial facilities;
Planning of work of installers, distribution of tasks and control of their execution;
Organization and coordination of work of subcontractors;
Drawing up of installation work schedules and control of deadlines;
Supervision of work progress, quality and compliance with work safety requirements;
Operative solution of technical and organizational issues in facilities;
Cooperation with project managers and other departments of the company;
Planning of resources required for installation work;
Organization of transfer of completed work.

You have work experience in the field of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning or other engineering systems;
You are able to plan the work of several objects and teams;
You know how to organize the work of installers and subcontractors;
You are able to read technical documentation and understand installation processes;
You are able to solve technical and organizational issues independently;
You know how to set priorities and control work deadlines;
You have a category B driver's license.
