HOW DOES WORK BEGIN?
1. Free training (first 1.5–2 months)
No experience required! We are ready to train candidates from scratch.
2. Career and Professional Growth
After training, you will continue working for our company. As you gain experience and improve your qualifications, you can move on to more complex projects and earn higher pay.
3. Work on sites throughout Europe
After completing the necessary paperwork and obtaining the required qualifications, you can travel to high-paying sites in Germany, Sweden, and other EU countries.
WAGE
Payment depends on qualifications, experience, and the duties performed. There is potential for pay increases as you develop your professional skills.

WAGE
- Poland (initial period): €10/hour.
- Germany, Sweden, and other EU countries: €14–22/hour.
Payment depends on qualifications, experience, and the duties performed. There is potential for pay increases as you develop your professional skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Stable employment and long-term cooperation.
- 200–260 working hours per month.
- Free, comfortable accommodation.
- Organized transportation to the workplace.
- Free workwear and personal protective equipment.
- Provision of necessary professional tools.
- Obtaining necessary documents, certificates, and permits at the employer's expense.
