Installer / Service Engineer – Gas Boilers and Heat Pumps

"Ronali" (visukatiluremontas.lt) is a heating equipment installation and service company operating throughout Lithuania. We install and service gas boilers, heat pumps, recuperators and air conditioners, repair equipment from more than 20 manufacturers and have our own spare parts warehouse in Vilnius. We are expanding our team and are looking for specialists for two positions in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. Each employee works only in their own city and its surroundings - there is no need to travel to other cities.

1. INSTALLER (-A) - we are looking for employees in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda
Salary: €2000–3500 in cash per month.

• Installation of gas boilers and heat pumps (air-to-water, air-to-air) in residential and commercial buildings
• Replacement of old boilers, installation and renovation of boiler rooms, piping of heating systems
• Equipment commissioning, adjustment and handover to the client
• Work on facilities only in your own city and county, driving a company car - no need to go to other cities

2. SERVICE ENGINEER - we are looking for employees in Kaunas and Klaipėda
Salary: €1,500–3,000 in cash per month.

• Preventive maintenance of gas boilers and heat pumps, fault diagnostics and repairs at customers' premises
• Equipment commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service
• Heating system cleaning, boiler maintenance
• Customer consulting, filling out work reports, ordering parts from the company's warehouse
• Work at customers' premises only in their own city and county, when driving a company car - no need to go to other cities

INSTALLER (-A):

• Experience in installing heating systems, gas boilers or heat pumps (at least 1 year)
• Ability to read drawings and diagrams
• Category B driver's license
• Tidiness and responsibility for the quality of one's work

Advantage: energy worker's certificate (operation of gas equipment), F-gas (refrigerant) handling certificate, plumbing or electrical basics.

SERVICE ENGINEER:

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing gas boilers (at least 1 year) or a solid technical background and willingness to learn
• Understanding of boiler automation and controls (error codes, sensors, boards)
• Category B driver's license
• Independence and ability to calmly communicate with customers

Advantage: energy worker certificate, F-gas certificate, experience with equipment from Viessmann, Vaillant, Buderus, Bosch and other manufacturers.

We also invite plumbers, electricians, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) specialists, heating system specialists, plumbing and heating installers, boiler masters to apply - if you have a technical background, we will train you to work with gas boilers and heat pumps.

1500-3500 €/mon. net
Installer: €2,000–3,500 in cash + bonuses for completed work. Service engineer: €1,500–3,000 in cash + bonuses for completed orders.
