We are looking for a sales manager / salesperson / consultant in Marijampolė at Mototop stores.

"Mototop is the official importer of brands such as UPMOTO, AODES, SEGWAY, BRIXTON, SHERCO in Lithuania"

Join our team - we sell motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, accessories, parts and clothing throughout Lithuania.

Your main tasks:

Actively search for new customers and partners, maintain relationships with existing ones.

Develop sales and contribute to market development.

Administer orders: acceptance, adjustment, issuance.

Analyze the market, follow competitors, propose new ideas.

Represent the company at events, build relationships with the motorcycle community.

Candidate Requirements:

Sector Knowledge:

• General understanding of the specifics of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, their parts and accessories.
• Similar work experience in sales, customer service or motorcycle technology.

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to solve problems and achieve results.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, social networking platforms).
• Ability to independently organize work and manage tasks.

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility, diligence, detail orientation.
• Communicative, proactive, self-confident.
• Customer and result orientation.

Languages:

• Good knowledge of English.

Other:

• Category B driving license.
