Production and Quality Operations Specialist
Did you know that the best portable jump ramps and accessories for extreme cycling (MTB, BMX, Skate) fans around the world are born right here, in Lithuania? The MTB HOPPER team is expanding and looking for someone in whose hands high-quality wooden parts would turn into impeccable products!
If you are meticulous, like to see tangible results of your work and want to contribute to a product used by the best professionals in this sport - we are waiting for you!
Component assembly: Precise preparation of plywood and frame parts, gluing, installation of fastening elements (rubbers, belts, fittings).
Quality control (QC): Each ramp must fit together perfectly like a puzzle. You will be responsible for ensuring that not a single part with wood defects or inaccurate dimensions is delivered to the customer.
Packaging and assembly: Final assembly of ramps, their hump bags and accessories according to orders, preparing them for safe shipment abroad.
Work environment maintenance: Maintaining order in the production area.

Manual dexterity: Experience working with hand/power tools or on a production assembly line is a big advantage.
Technical thinking: Ability to understand assembly diagrams (our ramps are connected by unique nodes, which will require a sharp mind to understand).
Responsibility: The whole team trusts you - your tested ramp ensures the safety of the cyclist in the air!
