Customs Process Coordinator

Claims administration, CCPU Improvement mailbox maintenance.
Client consultation and providing answers on re-declaration issues.
Administration of destroyed shipments, process monitoring and control.
Administration of temporary storage declarations and shipments.
Work with low-value, diplomatic and documentary shipments.
Administration and coordination of confiscated and customs inspected shipments.
ADC program maintenance (prepayment control).
Analysis of existing processes, identification of areas for improvement and submission of proposals.

You have a minimum level of English proficiency of B2 (written and spoken).
You are proficient in MS Office programs or similar work tools.
You are analytical and able to evaluate processes.
You are a team player and able to collaborate effectively.
You are attentive, meticulous and responsible.
You have excellent communication and customer service skills.
