Nature of work
- Representation of the company at customs and performance of customs procedures (import, export, transit)
- Filling out transport and customs documents;
- Administration and preparation of transport and other documents in accordance with applicable legislation and the rules established by the company;
- Preparation and administration of additional documents necessary for the smooth movement of cargo across the border;
- Communication with customers and transport managers;
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Employee requirements
- Customs Broker Representative Certificate
- Higher/postgraduate education;
- Good command of Russian (written and spoken) is required;
- Computer skills (MS Office advanced user level);
- Experience in preparing/administering international transport documents - an advantage;
- Knowledge of English or another foreign language - an advantage;
- Willingness and ability to learn; diligence, independence;
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to perform several tasks at once;
- Good time management skills, resistance to stressful situations.
