What will your working day look like?

  • Working with shipments and documents
You will prepare and complete all documents related to the presentation of goods to customs (import, export, transit, temporary storage customs declarations), ensure their accuracy in accordance with applicable laws and DHL internal procedures.
  • Responsibility and accuracy
You will provide accurate data for invoicing, work according to department instructions and contribute to smooth processes throughout the chain.
  • Working with DHL systems
You will enter information about shipment delays, customs inspections or customs clearance, following DHL standards and quality requirements.
  • Communication with customs
Upon request by customs, you will provide all necessary information related to the declaration of shipments and their customs clearance process.
  • Results and growth
You will achieve set personal and departmental goals, be actively interested in customs procedures, classification innovations and share knowledge with the team.

  • Have a valid customs broker certificate
  • Have good computer literacy and document skills – accuracy is an integral part of your job
  • You are responsible, organized and result-oriented, able to quickly react to changing situations and make decisions
  • You know how to communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and colleagues, value teamwork and a common goal
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and have a good command of English, at least B2 level (international communication – everyday life)
  • You are interested in customs procedures and have a desire to deepen your knowledge
  • You have the ability to work independently and in a team
