What you will do:
In this position, you will be an important link in ensuring smooth import, export and transit processes for our clients.
- You will prepare and administer import, export and transit customs documents.
- You will submit declarations and other necessary data in customs systems.
- You will represent the company and clients at customs and consult on customs procedures.
- You will communicate with clients, colleagues and partners.
- You will promptly resolve issues arising during customs processes and cooperate with colleagues from the warehouse and operations departments.
- You will ensure that procedures are carried out accurately, qualitatively and on time.
- You will follow changes in customs requirements and procedures and apply them in daily work.
What do we expect from you:
- A valid customs broker representative certificate.
- Experience in performing customs procedures. We will also evaluate less practical experience if you have a solid professional foundation and a desire to improve.
- Good computer skills and experience working with AVILDA, (knowledge of iMDAS, NTKS, TRAKIS systems would be an advantage).
- Attentiveness, thoroughness and a responsible approach to the accuracy of documents and data.
- Ability to independently plan work, meet deadlines and respond quickly to non-standard situations.
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages, necessary for professional communication in an international environment.
- Good communication and cooperation skills.
