Nature of work:
- Lead a team of customs brokers, organize their work and distribute the workload;
- Supervise the implementation of import, export and other customs procedures, preparation and verification of customs declarations;
- Coordinate the activities of customs warehouses, accounting of goods balances and preparation of reports to customs;
- Cooperate with clients, partners and customs authorities, solve emerging problems;
- Ensure compliance with customs legislation, AEO requirements and ISO management system procedures;
- Supervise the efficiency of the department's activities, service quality, pricing and profitability;
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a customs broker;
- Valid customs broker certificate;
- Team management experience;
- Good knowledge of customs procedures and the ability to follow their changes;
- Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, customer orientation;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Category B driver's license;
