Application of MDFT when working with 11-17 year old children and adolescents with significant behavioral problems due to PAM use, and their family members. Visiting families, collecting information, comprehensive assessment of the child, adolescent, family and their environment, counseling according to MDFT requirements.
Those with higher education in the fields of social work, psychology or clinical psychology are invited.

Employee requirements
- Higher university or higher college education in social work or an equivalent higher education qualification or a university bachelor's degree in psychology or a remedial psychology study program or a clinical master's degree in psychology and a medical psychologist's seal number.
- 1 year of practical work experience working with children and (or) adolescents aged 11–19 and (or) families.
- Be familiar with the standards for the treatment and rehabilitation of addictive diseases approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania and other necessary documents, laws and by-laws approved by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania related to the requirements for psychological and social rehabilitation institutions providing services to persons addicted to psychoactive substances and the organization of social services.
- Understand and be able to ensure meaningful and high-quality child participation in making decisions related to the child's life, organize all activities and actions in such a way that they meet the best interests of the child and do not create conditions for any discrimination.
- Know the characteristics of children's development at various age stages and the related social and emotional needs, the impact of traumatic experiences and complex experiences on the child's behavior, the dynamics of family and child development, be able to establish and maintain relationships with the child and his/her family, as well as the child's other environment (educational institution, community, etc.), assess the individual needs of the child and his/her family.
- Be able to work with the MS Office program package.
- Be able to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize and evaluate information and documents, prepare conclusions, provide summarized information to the project manager.
- Be able to independently organize activities.
- Express thoughts fluently in writing and orally.
- Know the rules for preparing documents.
- Proficiency in English at least at A2 level.
