Hello!
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join the team of an international logistics company at their office in Vilnius, Lithuania. This position is perfect for students or individuals who enjoy solving people's problems, socializing, and creating a warm environment for customers.
About the Company:
Our client is an international logistics company with long-term experience in global parcel shipping. The company specializes in shipping solutions between North America, Europe, and other international markets, ensuring high-quality customer support from the first contact until successful delivery and beyond. Continuous process improvement and customer-focused service are at the core of their operations.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Russian and English
- Fluency in Lithuanian
- Availability to work a 12:00–21:00 schedule (weekends are free)
- Availability to work from the office
- A positive and warm approach to customer interactions
- Enjoyment of problem-solving and helping people
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented and happy to collaborate with others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Polish languages is an advantage
- Any experience in customer support or logistics is welcome, but not required
