- Organization and control of oil product supply and logistics processes;
- Cooperation with suppliers, conducting negotiations and ensuring favorable conditions;
- Planning, coordinating the work of the department team and ensuring performance results;
- Formation of pricing, purchasing and sales strategies;
- Market analysis, monitoring the competitive environment and providing proposals;
- Process efficiency and cost control.
Employee requirements:
- Supervisory experience, at least 2 years;
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
- Understanding of supply chain management and pricing;
- Ability to make decisions and work in a dynamic environment;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Good computer skills
