Nightclub Manager

We are looking for a nightclub manager to join our team in Vilnius Old Town!

We invite someone to join our team who will help create a good atmosphere, take care of the team and ensure that every evening in the club runs smoothly.

What will you do?

• You will form and motivate the team - you will contribute to the selection, training of employees and the creation of a good team atmosphere.
• You will organize the work of personnel - you will create work schedules, coordinate shifts and help the team work efficiently.
• You will take care of the smooth operation of the club - you will be at the club on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, supervise the work process and help resolve any issues that arise.
• Create a good visitor experience - you will take care of the quality of service, the club atmosphere and a good experience for guests during parties.
• Contribute to the development of the club - you will offer new ideas, look for ways to improve the team's work and the overall club's activities.
• Cooperate with the club administration - together you will plan activities, discuss results and look for the best solutions.

Working hours

Main working hours – Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and nights, participating in club activities and coordinating team work.

Additionally – flexible time for organizational issues, personnel selection and work planning.

Leadership experience is not necessary. If you have organizational skills and a desire to improve, we will give you the opportunity to show off.
