Our client is a long-established owner of nightclubs - clubs. Club "Bardakas" is a popular bar/club in Vilnius (Vilniaus g. 22). It is a place for energetic nightlife, dancing, cocktails. Also, bar "Dirigentai" is a great place to spend your free time.
For these bars we are looking for a charismatic and proactive MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE in this sector
Depending on the agreement and competencies, one manager can manage two or one bar.

Depending on the agreement and competencies, one manager can manage two or one bar.
- Organize and supervise the daily activities of the nightclub
- Manage staff, conduct employee selection and training
- Plan and implement events and promotions
- Ensure high quality customer service
- Manage finances, create budgets and control costs
- Cooperate with suppliers, partners and advertising agencies
- Ensure compliance with legal acts and security requirements
- Resolve conflict situations and respond promptly to problems
- Analyze market trends and propose new ideas
- Take care of the club's image and reputation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of nightclub/bar management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions
- Customer service skills
- Basics of financial management
- English language skills (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Responsibility, initiative and leadership qualities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Computer literacy
