Reception and service of guests during the night;
Work on night shifts. Most of the work is quiet, so we are looking for a responsible, independent and reliable person who is able to respond promptly when needed.
- Guest registration (check-in / check-out);
- Reservation administration and provision of information to guests;
- Acceptance of payments;
- Ensuring order and peace in the hotel during the night;
- Administration of telephone calls and inquiries;
- Resolving situations that have arisen according to the established procedure;
- Transferring information to the morning shift.
