What you will do:
- You will manage a group of assigned retail outlets and ensure their smooth operation.
- You will plan and implement the budget, control costs and achieve profitability.
- You will analyze sales, identify growth opportunities and make decisions.
- You will ensure compliance with retail standards: service, product presentation, cleanliness and order.
- You will coordinate changes in retail outlets (openings, closings, renovations, relocations).
- You will lead the team: organize work, develop, motivate, provide feedback.
- You will ensure the creation of work schedules and compliance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the company's internal procedures.
- Responsible for increasing the efficiency of retail outlets, analyzing, optimizing and standardizing processes.
- Process management and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
- Collaboration with other departments in implementing process solutions and efficiency improvement practices.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in retail or public catering is required.
- Experience in leading teams is required (at least 2 years).
- Ability to plan, work with numbers and achieve results.
- Responsibility, initiative and strong communication.
- Ability to react quickly and manage situations "here and now".
- Category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of LEAN philosophy and continuous improvement methodologies and tools (e.g. Kaizen, 5S) is an advantage.
