Nature of work
- Participation in the process of evaluating and buying back used cars: car inspection, recording technical condition and equipment, determining market value.
- Organization and coordination of the process of preparing used cars for sale (cleaning, technical preparation, minor repairs, pre-sale inspection).
- Analysis of the used car market: monitoring price, supply and demand trends in Lithuanian and foreign markets.
- Maintenance of the used car warehouse and exhibition: car accounting, movement control, ensuring a tidy exhibition.
- Preparation and placement of car advertisements on advertising portals (Autoplius.lt, mobile.de, etc.): photography, preparation of descriptions, updating prices and information.
- Supervision of the car registration and documentation process (State Enterprise "Regitra", purchase and sale documents, transfer acts).
- Customer service and assistance to sales managers throughout the sales process.
- Cooperation with service, bodywork and financing teams.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (management, transport or engineering is an advantage).
- A sincere interest in cars and an understanding of the used car market.
- Good knowledge of English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage).
- Valid category B driver's license and driving experience.
- Good computer skills (MS Office / Excel); experience working with CRM systems or advertising portals is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness and a responsible attitude to the quality of work.
- Independence, organization and the ability to plan one's work and manage several processes simultaneously.
- Honesty, initiative and result orientation.
- Experience in the field of car sales, service or customer service is a great advantage.
