Our Kaunas dealership sales team is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas. In this position, you will be responsible for selling used cars, maintaining long-term relationships with customers and providing customer service that meets the company's standards.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Actively and innovatively seek new customers
- Record customer data and sales process in CRM
- Implement personal and team sales plans
- Build and nurture professional and long-term relationships with current and future customers
- Organize and implement a car sales process that meets company standards
- Serve customers according to manufacturer standards
- Apply company values and best practices at work
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have excellent business communication skills and be goal and result oriented
- Have work experience in sales, customer service
- Be positive, able to collaborate and work both in a team and independently
- Love cars and be interested in their latest technologies
- Have a valid category B driver's license - a must
- Speak Lithuanian correctly and have good English language skills
- Have good logical, analytical and calculation skills
- Have a higher education
