Nature of work
- You will consult with customers and sell new KIA and CHERY cars.
- You will actively work with new and existing customers.
- You will identify customer needs and help them choose the most suitable car, equipment and additional equipment.
- You will prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations.
- You will organize and conduct test drives.
- You will present financing, insurance and other car purchase solutions.
- You will coordinate the sales process from the first contact to the handover of the car to the customer.
- You will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- You will achieve set sales goals.
- You will represent the KIA and CHERY brands according to manufacturer standards.
Primary responsibilities
- Sales or customer service experience;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Result and customer-oriented;
- Initiative, responsibility and independence;
- Ability to plan your work and manage several sales processes simultaneously;
- Interest in cars and the latest technologies;
- Good computer skills;
- English language skills;
- Valid category B driver's license.

- Have successful sales or customer service experience.
- We consider car sales experience a great advantage.
- Able to establish contact, understand customer needs and build long-term relationships.
- You are result-oriented and motivated by achieving sales goals.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
- You are proactive, independent and responsible.
- You are interested in cars and the latest technologies.
- Able to work with basic computer programs.
- Speak English.
- Have a valid category B driver's license.

The salary consists of a fixed salary and performance-based incentives.
The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies, and performance.
